Because many of our pieces are handmade and may be made to order, we ask that customers choose carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

We do accept change-of-mind returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • returned in secure packaging

Return shipping for change-of-mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces

Custom or made-to-order works are generally non-refundable unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the packaging, the item and the purchase order number.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products with major faults.
