FAQ’s

Ekhaya Clay is a collection of handmade ceramic pieces inspired by nature and coastal living. Every item is crafted in small batches, making each one unique.
  • What is Ekhaya Clay?

All pieces are crafted in our studio located on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia.
  • Where are your ceramics made?

Custom requests are accepted depending on studio capacity. Feel free to reach out with your idea.
  • Do you take custom orders?

All our pieces are coated with food safe glazes and will always be clearly labeled in the product description as most of our glazes are safe for food service unless otherwise stated.
  • Are the glazes foodsafe?

Ready‑to‑ship items are sent within 2–3 business days. Made‑to‑order pieces may require additional time.
